  1. PASTA- cooked Preferably fusilli – 1 cup
  2. Chick flour- ¾ cup
  3. Garlic chopped and fried – 1 table spoon (optional)
  4. Chat Masala- ½ tsp
  5. chili flakes- ½ tsp
  6. Cream Cheese- 1 table spoon (optional)
  7. Dry Oregano- ¾ tsp
  8. Salt to taste
  9. Water- 3/4 cup
  10. Pepper- ½ tsp
  11. Oil for frying

Preparation

  1. Mix the Chick flour, chat masala , salt, chili flakes , cream cheese, fried garlic, dry oregano and mix well. Add water and make to a thick paste.
  2. Add the cooked pasta and mix well.
  3. When the oil is hot spoon the pasta into it in batches.
  4. When it golden brown remove it. Add pinch pepper powder over it and Serve it ketchup.
