Ingredients:

  1. All vegetables to your taste eg.
  2. Potatoes 3 Nos.
  3. Cauliflower ¼ kg
  4. Broccoli ¼ kg
  5. Beans ¼ kg
  6. Corn ¼ kg
  7. Beans ¼ kg
  8. Cabbage ¼ kg
  9. Green chilly 2 Nos.
  10. Onions 3 Nos.
  11. Tomatoes 2 Nos.
  12. Dry Mango powder 2 pinches (1 small teaspoon)
  13. Garlic 4 cloves
  14. Ginger powder 1 Pinch
  15. Pav Bhaji masala 2 Big teaspoon
  16. Salt As required
  17. Olive Oil As required
  18. Coriander leaves As required
  19. Curry leaves As required
  20. Butter 2-3 table spoon (optional)

 

Preparation:

Pressure cook potatoes give 5 to 6 whistles and mash potatoes nicely.

Cut all vegetables and pressure cook, give 3 whistles

Cut onions, green chillies, crush garlic small

Take a frying pan and pour Olive Oil and sauté onions, green chillies and garlic first and then add tomatoes. Cook well till oil separates and ginger powder, pav bhaji masala, dry mango powder, salt and curry leaves mix well and add mash potatoes and all cooked vegetables. Mash and mix well and finally add coriander leaves and butter.

 

Go well with garlic bread, toasted bread, pav and chapatti. A very healthy dish to children as all vegetables included in this dish.
