Sesame carrot rolls

  1. Carrot-1 grated
  2. Potato 1 grated
  3. White Sesame Seeds- 4-5 table spoon
  4. Garam Masala- ½ tsp
  5. Chat Masala-1/2 tsp
  6. Salt to taste
  7. Brown bread- 3 slices
  8. Egg white- 1 egg
  9. Oil to fry
  10. Coriander leaves-1table spoon

Preparation:

 

  1. Heat a pan, add little oil, add the grated  carrot , potato, little salt and pepper. Add the chat masala and garam masala and let it cook in low flame covered. When it is cooked and the moisture is dry, remove from fire and cool it

 

  1. Powder the bread add the sesame seeds to it.

 

 

  1. Make balls or rolls of the carrot potato mixture, dip it in egg white and roll it in bread sesame seeds. And deep fry in oil. Serve it with ketchup.

 

  1. Sesame seeds, carrot and potatoes are good for children. Sesame seeds are rich in Vitamin D, Carrot is rich in vitamin A and potato and brown bread is rich in carbohydrates and fiber all together makes this roll a healthy and tasty tiffin item.
