Let us incorporate healthy seeds into our chutney
- Peanut -3-4 table spoon
- Sesame seeds- 2 table spoon
- Flaxseed- 1 table spoon
- Coconut – 3 table spoon
- Ginger- ½ inch piece
- Red chili- 2-3 nos.
- Amchoor power- ½ tsp (optional)
- Oil- 1 tsp
Take a pan add oil and roast the peanut, sesame seeds, flex seeds , coconut, ginger and red chili for few minutes. Cool it and grind along with amchoor powder and salt to a smooth paste in the blender. Serve it with dosa or idli.
- Amchoor powder is added to give a sour taste, it is totally optional, and if not available you can use tamarind or lemon juice. Some people do not like sourness in chutney so avoid using Amchoor/lemon or tamarind.
