Ingredients:

  1. Mutton ½ Kg
  2. Garlic 5 cloves
  3. Ginger 1 inch long
  4. Onion 2 Nos. medium
  5. Lemon Juice of 1 lemon
  6. Meat masala 2 spoons
  7. Green chillies 6 Nos.
  8. All spices 2 Nos. each
  9. Salt As required
  10. Oil to fry
  11. Curry leaves

Preparation:

Wash Mutton nicely and pressure cook with just adding ginger and cloves and salt.

Take out the cooked mutton and allow it to cool for sometimes. Marinate with meat masala and lemon juice.

Take a pan add oil and spices whole and add onions chopped and green chillies add marinated cooked mutton without adding any water. Make it fry nicely and garnish with curry leaves and coriander leaves
