Fish Fry

  1. Fish clean and cut ½ kg
  2. Red Chilli powder 2 table spoons
  3. Turmeric powder ½ t spoon
  4. Hing ¼ t spoon
  5. Salt As required
  6. Coconut grated ½ cup
  7. Lemon juice 1 lemon
  8. Oil for Frying


  • Marinate fish with red chilli, turmeric, hing and salt and lemon juice. Grind coconut with ½ glass water and add to marinated fish.
  • Keep aside for 10 minutes.
  • Deep fry
  • The coconut paste will give the fish fry a different taste and make the fish very soft.
