Ingredients
- Fish clean and cut ½ kg
- Red Chilli powder 2 table spoons
- Turmeric powder ½ t spoon
- Hing ¼ t spoon
- Salt As required
- Coconut grated ½ cup
- Lemon juice 1 lemon
- Oil for Frying
Preparation:
- Marinate fish with red chilli, turmeric, hing and salt and lemon juice. Grind coconut with ½ glass water and add to marinated fish.
- Keep aside for 10 minutes.
- Deep fry
- The coconut paste will give the fish fry a different taste and make the fish very soft.
