- Clean and remove the inner part of bitter gourd. Cut the bitter gourd into four and slice very thin. Sprinkle some salt and deep fry..
- Cut shallots, green chillies and curry leaves also same size or even smaller add this to fried bitter gourd and mix well with your hands. Add lemon juice and salt to taste.
