  1. Atta (Wheat Flour)-1 cup
  2. Maida 1/3 cup
  3. Rava ( semolina ) fried -2 table spoon
  4. Salt to taste
  5. Boneless chicken cooked with pepper and mashed with spoon- ¾ cup
  6. Oil for deep frying

Preparation:

  1. Take a bowl add atta, maida (all purpose flour) Rava (semolina), the mashed chicken, salt and mix well. Knead to a firm dough.
  2. Make small balls and roll out into small pooris.
  3. Heat oil in a deep pan or kadai. Slide a poori slowly in hot oil. Press the poori lightly with a spoon. Flip it upside down and fry from other side. Take out the poori, and put it on a paper towel to drain the oil.
  4. Serve immediately with ketchup. Kids will love it.
