Potato Poppers

  • Potato – 3 Nos
  • Cheese – 2 tablespoon
  • Chopped parsley leaves-2 table spoon
  • Pepper powder – 1 teaspoon
  • Salt
  • Breadcrumbs
  • Egg whites
  • Oil – for deep frying


  1. Cook potatoes well in a pressure cooker adding salt and pepper.
  2. Once cooled mash the potato well with no lumps
  3. Add cheese and chopped parsley leaves and mix well
  4. Roll the mixture into small balls. Dips it in the egg white and roll in breadcrumbs
  5. Heat oil and fry till golden brown
