Ingredients

  • Oats-2 Cups
  • Banana (Chiquita )-1 No
  • Sugar
  • Crushed Cardomom-1/4 teaspoon
  • Baking soda – 1 pinch

Preparation:

  1. Grind oats, banana, sugar and cardamom to a thick mixture adding little water
  2. Heat a nonstick pan and pour ¼ cup of the batter into pan and spread into a round shape.
  3. When one side is cooked turn and cook the other side
