- Oats-2 Cups
- Banana (Chiquita )-1 No
- Crushed Cardomom-1/4 teaspoon
- Baking soda – 1 pinch
- Grind oats, banana, sugar and cardamom to a thick mixture adding little water
- Heat a nonstick pan and pour ¼ cup of the batter into pan and spread into a round shape.
- When one side is cooked turn and cook the other side
