- Pottukadalai / Chutney Dal- 1 cup
- Sugar- 1 cup
- Ghee -1/2 cup
- Cardamom powder-1/4 tsp
- Cashewnuts-8-10 pieces
- In a pan warm the pottukadala. And powder it along with sugar and cardamom pods into soft powder.
- Heat the ghee. And fry the cashews in it.
- Add the warm ghee into the pottukadala –sugar mixture little by little mix it well
- Take handful of the mixture and press it and form it into a laddu shape. Repeat the same with all the laddu.
