  1. Rice Batter- 1 cup
  2. Maida- 3 table spoon
  3. Potato mashed- 1 cup
  4. Green chili-2 nos
  5. Coriander leaves- 2 table spoon
  6. Milk- ½ cup
  7. Pepper- ½ tsp
  8. Salt-according to taste



  1. Blend the rice batter, potato, maida, green chili, coriander leaves and milk.
  2. Make into a thick batter add salt and pepper. Rest it for 20 minutes
  3. Heat a griddle, apply oil and reduce the flame and pour the batter and spread it with the laden in a circle shape.
  4. Apply oil on the edges.
  5. Cover and cook in low flame. Flip it when one side is done to cook other side.
  6. Serve it with tangy tomato chutney
