BANNANA DOSA (Used here in Kerala Banana – Nenthrapazham)

Ingredients

  1. Dosa batter 1 Cup
  2. ½ banana Boiled and mashed
  3. Rava/ Sooji ½ Cup
  4. Sugar 1 spoon
  5. Oil/ ghee or butter for cooking

Preparation

  1. Combine the dosa batter, Rava and mashed banana and sugar in a bowl and blend well.
  2. Heat a non-stick tava (griddle) and spread a portion of the batter to get a mini dosas Drizzle a little oil, ghee or butter and cook till it is light brown in colour from both the sides.
  3. Serve warm.
