Ingredients

  1. Dosa batter 2 cups
  2. Chicken keema ½ kg
  3. Potato 2 Nos.
  4. Chicken masala 1 spoon
  5. Salt As required
  6. Onion 2 Nos.
  7. Ginger 1 small piece
  8. Garlic 3 cloves
  9. Curry leaves 10 Nos.
  10. Coriander leaves 1 table spoon chopped

Preparation

Make dosa batter as usual.

For filling

Wash keema nicely and pressure cook for 3 whistles with potato and chicken masala and salt. Make it dry. Cut onion, ginger and garlic and saute nicely and mix with keema and potato mix. Add curry leaves and coriander leaves..

Filling is ready

Make small dosas and keep the filling in one side of dosa and fold it..
