Cheezy Dosa with Pizza toppings

  1. Dosa Batter- 2 cup
  2. Mozzarella cheese -3 table spoon
  3. Olives- sliced 3 table spoon
  4. Capsicum- chopped 3-4 table spoon
  5. Oregano- 1 tsp
  6. Green Chili- 1 No (optional)
  7. Jalapenos- 1 no
  8. Tomato ketchup- 2 table spoon
  9. Mushroom – sliced 1 table spoon
  10. Tomato chopped- 3 table spoon
  11. Black pepper powder- ½ tsp
  12. Oil –as required

Preparation

  1. Heat a dosa griddle (tava) take the batter in a ladle and spread the batter into a medium size thick dosa with a light hand. The dosa  should be thick and should not be spread too much. Add a tsp of oil on top and edge of the dosa.
  2. When the dosa cooked spoon in the chopped tomato, capsicum, green chili, mashroom, olives.
  3. Lastly add the ketchup, cheese, oregano and pepper powder and slightly press over it.
  4. Keep it as it is or fold the dosa or cut it like pizza.
  5. Kids will love it
