- Cucumber- 2 Nos
- Salt- ½ tsp
- Thick yogurt – 2 cup
- Mint leaves a bunch- chopped ( even dry mint powder is excellent)
- Garlic -2 Nos crushed and minced
Preparation
- Beat the curd with a whisker. Add the minced garlic, chopped mint leaves and keep it aside
- Peel the outer skin of the cucumber and chop it to small pieces. Apply little salt and put on a drainer so that all water is properly drained.
- Add it to the Yogurt and adjust the salt according to taste. Decorate with mint leaves.
