- Rice flour 2 cups
- Egg 4 Nos.
- Coconut milk 1 coconut
- Salt to Taste
- Sugar 3 spoons
Make a batter like dosa batter with rice flour egg and coconut milk. Add salt and sugar and mix well. Keep aside for 2 hours.
Make small small pan cakes out of this mixture and have it with chicken curry/ mutton curry or your desired veg. curry.
- You can use maida (all purpose flour) instead of rice flour to get more soft pan cakes.
- If you add a pinch of baking soda its good to get softness
This is a dish specifically served in Malabar side for special guests.
