Ingredients:

  1. Paneer – 250 grams – finely shredded
  2.  Milk Bread – 2 slices – finely shredded
  3.  Potato – 2 No.s – Boiled & mashed
  4.  Lemon Juice – 2 Tablespoon
  5.  Green chilly – 4 No.s – finely chopped
  6.  Coriander Leaves – Handful
  7.  Ginger – 1 small piece – finely chopped
  8.  Onion – 2 No.s – finely chopped
  9.  Salt to taste
  10.  Corn Flour
  11.  Oil for frying

Preparation:

  •  Mix well the above items from nos. 1 to 9 and keep it aside or refrigerate for 15 minutes.
  •  Meanwhile make a batter made of corn flour & water in thick consistency.
  •  Make small balls from the mix, dip it in corn flour batter and deep fry them.
  •  Serve hot.
