01 Boneless chicken cut into bite size 1 kg
02 Rice Flour 1 ½ cups
03 Corn Flour ½ cup
04 Turmeric powder 1 spoon
05 Chilli powder 1 spoon
06 Vinegar 1 spoon
07 Yoghurt 1 cup
08 Salt to taste
Sieve the flour, bicarbonate of soda and turmeric powder together and add salt. Mix vinegar, yoghurt and make it into a thick batter and beat well. If the batter is too thick add 2 spoon of water. Bring the batter to dropping consistency. Mix thoroughly and coat the chicken pieces with the batter and deep fry in very hot oil. After 5 minutes reduce the flame. Remove from fire when it turns golden brown. Drain on kitchen paper and serve hot with sauce or chutney
P.S: For spicy pakoras add 1 table spoon chilli powder while sieving the flour.
Adding ½ cup of corn flour will make the pakoras crispier.
Maintain the ratio of rice to corn flour 11/2 to ½.
Beat the batter well as trapped air makes it lighter and crispier.

To make the pakoras for Adults favorite, we added 3 green chillies, onions, ginger and coriander leaves chopped.
The pakoras came out very crispy outside and very very soft chicken inside
