- Kiwi 3 Nos. (ripe and sweet) mildly crushed
- Fresh Cream ½ cup
- Condensed Milk ½ cup
- China Grass 50 gms melted in ½ cup water
- Skin the Kiwi and cut to pieces
- Blend all ingredients above
- Add melted china grass ½ cup to the above mixture and blend well
- Pour the mixture to a mould to set.
- Refrigerate and serve chilled.
