  1. 3 carrots
  2. 3 eggs
  3. ¾ oi
  4. 2 cups flour
  5. 5 cups sugar
  6. Baking powder 1 spoon

Preparation:

  • Cut and grate carrots and blend well with eggs and sugar.
  • Take 2 cups flour and mix with baking soda. Add the carrot mixture to flour and fold well with no lumps
  • Bake for 45 min 250 deg

For chocolate topping

  1. 1 cup sugar
  2. 1 cup chocolate powder
  3. ¼ milk
  4. Butter

Take a pan. Add milk and chocolate powder and sugar and butter and when it comes to boil remove from stove and keep for sometime to make it cool.

Pour chocolate on top of cake

Take some sugar powder and sieve it to top of chocolate.

Cut into pieces, decorate with whatever fruit available and to your taste
