- Mutton keema ½ kg
- Onion 1 No. chopped
- Green chilli 3 Nos. chopped
- Ginger 1 piece chopped
- Garlic 3 cloves chopped
- Breadcrumbs 3 cups
- Salt to taste
- Mozzarella cheese grated 1 cup
- Egg 1
Wash keema and remove water completely by pressing thoroughly. Add chopped onion, green chilli, ginger, garlic and mix well by adding salt. Add some breadcrumbs, so that we can make the meat to balls. Take some meat mixture and shape to balls and keep some cheese inside.
Take the egg and beat thoroughly by adding 1 spoon water.
Dip the meat balls in egg first and then coat with breadcrumbs and deep fry in hot oil.
Have it with Tahina dip or ketch up to your taste
