- Spaghetti 1 packet (thin)
- Sausages 10 Nos.
- Minced meat ½ kg
- Onion 1 No. chopped
- Garlic cloves 2 – 4 cloves minced
- Tomatoes 2 Nos. diced
- Tomatoe paste 2 cans
- Tomato sauce 3 spoons
- Water 2 cups
- Red chilli flakes ½ spoon
- Ground pepper ¼ spoon
- parmesan cheese
In large, heavy stockpot, brown Italian sausage, breaking up as you stir.
Add onions and continue to cook, stirring occasionally until onions are softened.
Add garlic, tomatoes, tomato paste, tomato sauce and water.
Add, salt, crushed red pepper, and black pepper.
Cook spaghetti according to package directions.
Spoon sauce over drained spaghetti noodles and sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
