Spaghetti with Minced meat and sausages

  1. Spaghetti                     1 packet (thin)
  2. Sausages                    10 Nos.
  3. Minced meat               ½ kg
  4. Onion                          1 No. chopped
  5. Garlic cloves               2 – 4 cloves minced
  6. Tomatoes                    2 Nos. diced
  7. Tomatoe paste            2 cans
  8. Tomato sauce             3 spoons
  9. Water                          2 cups
  10. Red chilli flakes           ½ spoon
  11. Ground pepper            ¼ spoon
  12. parmesan cheese


In large, heavy stockpot, brown Italian sausage, breaking up as you stir.

Add onions and continue to cook, stirring occasionally until onions are softened.

Add garlic, tomatoes, tomato paste, tomato sauce and water.

Add, salt, crushed red pepper, and black pepper.

Stir well.

Cook spaghetti according to package directions.

Spoon sauce over drained spaghetti noodles and sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
