Crispy oats fish balls

  1. Fish Fillet : 2 Nos
  2. Lemon juice: 1table spoon
  3. Spring Onions:-2 stalk
  4. Garlic: 2 Nos crushed and chopped.
  5. Pepper Powder:- ½ tsp
  6. Soya Sauce :- 1 tsp
  7. Green chili:-1 No
  8. Bread pieces:- 2 Nos
  9. Egg white:- 1 No
  10. Corn Flour – 3 table spoon
  11. Oats- 5 table spoon

Preparation:

  1. Boil the fish fillet adding few drops of lemon juice, salt and little pepper and drain it well and mash it.
  2. Remove the crust of the bread and mix it well to the fish add soya sauce, garlic chopped, salt to taste, pepper powder, green chili, spring onions and mix well. As the mixture is soft we can refrigerate for 2 hrs. so that the mixture can be easily  made to balls.
  3. Make it into balls. And roll it in corn flour and then to beaten egg white.
  4. Lastly roll it in the oats. Repeat the process for all the balls.
  5. Fry these balls as and when needed.
  6. Can refrigerate in the freezer for later use.
  7. Serve it with spicy chili sauce.
