  1. Fresh Mushrooms -1 pkt cleaned and sliced
  2. Crushed Ginger and garlic- 2 tsp
  3. Onion-1 chopped
  4. Turmeric-1/4 tsp
  5. Vinegar -1table spoon
  6. Tomato-1 No chopped
  7. Pepper- ½ tsp
  8. Crushed red chili- 2 tsp
  9. Garam masala Powder- ½ tsp
  10. Seasoning sauce/ soya sauce-1 table spoon
  11. Oil- 1 table spoon
  12. Salt to taste
  13. Curry leaves-1 sprig



  1. Boil the mushroom slices with 1 tsp ginger garlic paste, little garam masala, salt. vinegar and turmeric.
  2. Heat oil, add curry leaves when it is crips remove and keep aside.
  3. Add onions and saute it, add ginger garlic paste saute it till raw smell leaves.
  4. Add the tomato and the mushrooms and mix well.
  5. Add the vinegar, garam masala, crushed chilli, pepper and seasoning sauce and toss well
  6. Add curry leaves and serve with rice or roti.
