  1. Broccoli grated- 1 cup
  2. Gram Flour ( Basen) -1 cup
  3. Semolina- 2 table spoon
  4. Dry methi -1 table spoon
  5. Chili Powder- ½ tsp
  6. Chat masala- ½ tsp
  7. Green chili chopped-2 Nos
  8. Fresh Coriander leaves chopped- 2 table spoon
  9. Salt to taste
  10. Water -1/2 cup (enough to make batter)
  11. Hing- ½ tsp
  12. Oil to fry

 

Preparation:

  1. Mix Green chili, coriander, grated broccoli, dry methi.
  2. In another bowl, make a batter with gram flour , semolina, chat masala, chili powder salt and water. Mix the broccoli mix to it and mix well.
  3. Heat oil, and spoon in the batter and fry till it is golden colour.
  4. Drain it serve it with tomato ketchup or green chutney.
  5. A yummy healthy pakodas for the family.
