Nellikka or Amla or Indian Gooseberry

Nellikka Sambharam (Amla)
Ingredients:
- Nellikka 5 or 6 Nos.
- Green chilli 1 No.(OPTIONAL)
- Ginger ½ inch size long
- Lemon 1 No
- Water 4 Glasses
- Salt As required
Preparation:
Wash the Nellikkas in water thoroughly remove the seeds and crush well. Blend all the ingredients (except) lemon in a mixer and Strain well and get the liquid. Add the juice of 1 lemon and add required amount of salt serve it chilled. A refreshing drink for a hot summer.
