Banana dumplings

  1. Riped Bananas 2 Nos.
  2. Rice Flour                    1 spoon
  3. Grated coconut           2 cups
  4. Cardamom powder     1 spoon
  5. Sugar                          2 spoons (Add more if necessary)


Steam the bananas and smash nicely add rice flour and make a dough.

Make nice round balls and fill the dumplings with grated coconut mixed with cardamom powder and sugar.

Steam for 15 minutes.

Yummy banana dumplings ready.
