Chicken Lollypop (with boneless chicken)

  1. Boneless chicken -1 cup
  2. Onion – 2 number chopped
  3. Ginger and garlic paste- 1tsp
  4. Coriander leaves- chopped
  5. Green chili- 2 Nos Chopped (reduce or increase according to spiciness)
  6. Turmeric power-1/4 tsp
  7. Chicken masala- ¾ tsp
  8. Garam masala-1/2 tsp
  9. Pepper Powder-1/2 tsp
  10. Egg- 1 No
  11. Bread crumbs- 1 cup
  12. Oil for frying


  1. Grind the boneless piece without water or if using Chicken Keema Squeeze water out of it.
  2. Put into a bowl and mix chopped onions, ginger garlic paste, green chili chopped, coriander leaves, chicken masala, turmeric powder, pepper powder, garam masala and salt to taste. Mix well. Refrigerate for 1 hr. (this will help it to be firm)
  3. Make small balls and dip into the beaten egg and roll in bread crumbs and deep fry it. When it is golden colour drain and poke in toothpick and serve with tomato ketchup
