  1. Oats ½ cup
  2. Roasted rava 1 spoon
  3. Corn flour 2 spoons
  4. Coriander leaves chopped 2 spoons
  5. Mint leaves chopped 1 spoon
  6. Green chilli 4 Nos.
  7. Onion 3 Nos.
  8. Hing 1 pinch
  9. Coriander powder ¼ spoon
  10. Red chilli powder ½ spoon
  11. Turmeric powder ¼ spoon
  12. Salt As required
  13. Oil For frying


Cut onion, green chilli mix with coriander leaves, green chilli, mint leaves red chili, turmeric, hing, coriander powder, salt and mix with hands well. Add Oats, roasted rava, corn flour spinkle some water, so that the mix will have enough moisture.

Make oil hot and add small portion of mix when oil is hot. And remove from oil once the fries are golden.
