Spicy chicken in coconut milk

  1. Chicken 1 No.
  2. Salt and pepper As required
  3. Garlic paste 1 spoon
  4. Ginger paste 1 spoon
  5. Jalepenos 5 Nos.
  6. Tomato puree 1 cup
  7. Chicken stock 1 cup (or water is ok)
  8. Coconut milk 2 cups
  9. Olive oil for shallow fry
  10. Onion 1 cup


Wash and cut chicken with salt and pepper and shallow fry

Take a pan add ginger garlic, jalepenos onion and saute for some time.. Add tomato puree,  coconut milk chicken stock or water and add chicken close the pan simmer some 15 minutes.
