  1. Hung Yogurt 250 grams
  2. Grated Paneer-1/2 cup
  3. Chopped coriander leaves-2 Teaspoon
  4. Salt to taste
  5. Red chilli powder 1 teaspoons
  6. Turmeric powder -1/4 teaspoons
  7. Onion thinly sliced 1 medium
  8. Green chillies chopped-1/2 teaspoon
  9. Chaat masala
  10. Bread crumbs-Optional
  11. Oil




  1. Combine all the ingredients in a deep bowl and mix well.
  2. Moisten your hands and flatten each portion to give the kebabs a smooth, even shape.
  3. Optionally if you find difficulty in rolling into shape add some bread crumbs
  4. Heat the oil in a non-stick kadai and fry till they turn golden brown in colour from both the sides.
