IngredientsFruit Tart 

  1. Crushed Digestive biscuits-3 Cups
  2. Melted Butter-1/2 Cup
  3. Custard powder-2 tea spoon
  4. Milk-2 Cups
  5. Sugar
  6. Fruits

Method

  1. Crush digestive biscuit
  2. Add melted butter and Sugar to crushed biscuit to a thick batter consistency
  3. Place paper cups into the cupcake baking trays
  4. Mold it into cup shape by pressing the sides and bottom using a spoon.
  5. Refrigerate the tart for 4-5  hours or preferably overnight
  6. Fill in the tart with custard and top it with fruits of your choice

Custard

  1. Mix custard powder into 1/4 cup of milk
  2. Heat the remaining milk with sugar
  3. Now slowly add the custard mixture over medium heat.
  4. Stir constantly till it thickens
  5. Allow it to cool and then refrigerate and use
