Fish Fillet staffed with Mashroom-cut

  1. Fish Fillet- 3 Nos
  2. Mushroom – chopped ½ cup
  3. Oregano- ½ tsp
  4. Bread Crumbs- 3 table spoon
  5. Chopped Olives- 1 tsp
  6. Coriander leaves chopped-1/2 tsp
  7. Seasoning sauce- 1tsp
  8. Mozzarella cheese – 2 table spoon
  9. Pepper – 1/2 tsp
  10. Chili Flakes – 1tsp
  11. Lemon Juice- 2 table spoon
  12. Salt to taste
  13. Foil paper to roll

Preparation

  1. Cut the fish fillets to slightly beat with knife to flatten it.
  2. Apply little lemon juice, pepper and little salt. And Keep it aside.
  3. To make fillings: Add bread crumbs to a bowl, mix chopped mushrooms, oregano, chopped olives, Mozzarella Cheese, salt, pepper and chili flakes and little seasoning sauces.
  4. Fill little to one side and tightly roll it.
  5. Take a foil paper and place the roll and tightly wrap the roll and seal both ends .
  6. Heat a deep vessel with 3-4 cups of water , when it boils add the rolled and sealed fish rolls and poach it for 8- 10 min.
  7. Remove it and cool.
  8. Cut into 1 inch thick rolls and serve it with Creamy cheese sauce* or any spicy sauce.

*Heat milk ½ cup milk and add 3  table spoon of cheese , salt and pepper powder
