Healthy Amla Mint Summer Juice

Ingredients:

  1. Amla                – 2 Nos
  2. Mint Leaves     – 10 leaves
  3. Ginger             – 1 small piece
  4. Salt                  – Pinch
  5. Water              – 3 Glass

Preparation

  • Grind all ingredients in mixer, add water and blend in mixer for 30 sec.
  • Strain the Juice and add salt per your taste.

Stay healthy

  • We can use sugar instead of salt, if you want to go for sweet juice
