Ingredients

  1. Ginger             1 piece
  2. Lemon grass   1 small bunch
  3. Cardamom      2 Nos.

 

Preparation

Cut or pound ginger and add water lemon grass and cardamom and have it hot..

Your tiredness / fatigue on travelling will leave you immediately. When you have cold and cough its good for your throat.

Try it.. You will have it everyday then.

 

  • If you like little sweet add one piece jaggery (Palm).
