Chicken teriyaki with vegetables

  1. Boneless Chicken – 1 Kg
  2. Crushed Ginger-1 tsp
  3. Crushed Garlic-1 tsp
  4. Honey -1/4 cup
  5. Soy sauce -1/4 cup
  6. Sesame seeds-1 ½ tsp
  7. ½ Red Capsicum Sliced
  8. ½ Green capsicum sliced
  9. Broccoli -1/2 cup
  10. Baby carrots-1/4 cup
  11. 1 onion sliced


  • Heat oil in a pan and add ginger and garlic
  • Now add the chicken stir fry chicken over medium flame
  • Add honey and soy sauce
  • Stir sauces thorough together, reduce heat and allow to simmer until sauce thickens.
  • When chicken is golden, remove chicken from pan leaving the sauce
  • In the same pan with thicken sauce, add the vegetables ( capsicum red, capsicum green, white onion, baby carrots and boiled broccolis) and sauté for a while until vegetables are soft.
  • Add the chicken into it
  • Sprinkle sesame seeds on top
