Mutton kaalimirch

  1. Mutton – ½ Kg
  2. Pepper Powder – 3-4 Table Spoon
  3. Green Cardamom – 3 Nos
  4. Cinnamon Sticks -3 Nos
  5. Cloves -4 NOS
  6. Onion chopped – 3 Nos
  7. Potato Small Cubes- 1 Cup
  8. Potato Big Cubes – 1 No
  9. Green Chilli – 8 -10 Nos ( According To Spiciness)
  10. Ginger JULIENNES – 1 Table spoon
  11. Salt TO TASTE
  12. Lemon JUICE- 3 TABLE SPOON
  13. Coriander Leaves Chopped 3 Tbs
  14. Oil- 3 table spoon.
  15. Salt to taste

Preparation:

  1. Heat a deep pan add 2 -3 table spoon of oil.
  2. Add the green cardamom, cinnamon and cloves and sauté.
  3. Add 3 chopped onions and sauté till pink colour.
  4. Add 1 -2 tsp on pepper powder, green chili and ginger and sauté it.
  5. When juices start coming out add salt, and 2 cups of water and small cubed potatoes.
  6. Cover and cook it.
  7. Add little more pepper and remaining big potato pieces. Cook it till it is completely cooked.
  8. Once done add lemon juices and remaining crushed pepper and coriander leaves.
  9. Serve hot with rice, appam or puttu.
