Chicken Poppers in BBQ sauce

  1. Chicken Breasts – 2 nos cut in small cubes
  2. Pepper-1 teaspoon
  3. Garlic- Crushed-1/2 teaspoon
  4. Chilli powder -1 teaspoon
  5. All-purpose flour -1 Cup
  6. Cornflakes- Crushed -1 Cup
  7. Egg-beated – 2 Nos
  8. Salt –as required
  9. BBQ sauce-1/2 Cup


  1. Marinate chicken with salt, pepper, garlic powder and chilli powder
  2. Dip chicken pieces one by one into the flour, then into the egg and finally in to cornflakes powder.
  3. Heat oil in a skillet and over medium flame
  4. Fry the chicken pieces until golden brown and crispy
  5. In a pan heat bbq sauce until bubbly
  6. Toss the fried chicken pieces until its evenly coated.
  7. Serve!!
