Grilled carrot and sweet corn in mint

  1. Onion-finely chopped-1/4 cup
  2. Grated carrot-1/4 Cup
  3. Cooked sweet corn-1/4 Cup
  4. Mint chutney-1/
  5. Brown bread -4 Nos
  6. Salt-As required
  7. Pepper –a pinch
  8. Tomato ketchup-1 table spoon





  1. Sauté together onion, carrot and sweet corn
  2. Add salt and pinch of pepper.
  3. Spread the mint chutney evenly on the bread.
  4. Keep the veggie mix between the bread
  5. Grease the Grill with butter.
  6. Grill the bread till golden brown
  7. Cut into triangles
