Ingredients
- Salmon pieces
- Salt, Pepper, Lime, Vinegar and Thyme
Preparation:
Pre-heat oven to 375 Degrees F
Marinate the salmon pieces with salt, pepper, lime, vinegar and thyme
Mix the veggies of your choice (here we used broccoli, cherry tomato, ball pepper) with salt, pepper and olive oil
Grease the baking tray with olive oil.
Place the veggies like broccoli, cherry tomato, ball pepper and Salmon on the tray
Bake for 20 minutes till the salmon is cooked and veggies are soft.
