Watermelon cold soup



  1. Watermelon – Deseeded and cut to small pieces 1 cup
  2. Yogurt – ½ cup
  3. Lime Juice-1 tsp
  4. Fresh Ginger- chopped ½ tsp
  5. Pepper powder- a pinch
  6. Salt – a pinch
  7. Mint leaves- few
  8. Chat Masala-(optional)-a pinch



  1. Blend the watermelon pieces along with curd, ginger, mint leaves to a fine puree. Add lemon juice, salt and pepper powder. Refrigerate for at least half an hour. Pour it in a glass or bowl and garnish with few water melon pieces and  mint leaves.

Refreshing and cool soup is ready to serve.
