- Watermelon – Deseeded and cut to small pieces 1 cup
- Yogurt – ½ cup
- Lime Juice-1 tsp
- Fresh Ginger- chopped ½ tsp
- Pepper powder- a pinch
- Salt – a pinch
- Mint leaves- few
- Chat Masala-(optional)-a pinch
- Blend the watermelon pieces along with curd, ginger, mint leaves to a fine puree. Add lemon juice, salt and pepper powder. Refrigerate for at least half an hour. Pour it in a glass or bowl and garnish with few water melon pieces and mint leaves.
Refreshing and cool soup is ready to serve.
