- Mutton 1 kg
- Lebaneh 1 cup
- Green chilly 5 Nos.
- Garlic 5 cloves
- Sumac 2 spoon
- Olive oil 1 spoon
- Onion 2 Nos.
- Spices each 2 pieces
- Rock salt as required
- Coriander leaves
Marinate washed mutton pieces with Olive oil and sumac and pressure cook till 3 whistles. Keep aside
Take a pan add little oil fry onion, garlic, green chillies, all spices and when aroma is out off and keep for cooling.
Grind the mixture and pour in marinated mutton. Now add lebaneh and keep for sometime.
Cook the mutton in very low flame for 15 minutes
Sprinkle some coriander leaves before serving.
