Green Peas Balls

1. Frozen Green Peas- 2 cup
2. Green Chili- 1 no
3. Salt
4. Garam Masala-1/2 tsp
5. Coriander leaves
6. Ginger Garlic paste- ½ tsp
7. Chat Masala- ½ tsp
8. Corn flour- 1 table spoon
9. Cheese pieces cubes -10 nos
10. Egg white/maida paste
11. Bread crumbs
12. Oil for frying
Preparation
1. Blanch the green peas. Drain well and roughly grind in the processor along with coriander leaves, chilli and salt. No need to add water.
2. Heat a pan add little oil add ginger garlic paste and saute it well. Add the green pea paste and garamasala and saute it well. You can add amchoor powder or lemon juice for tangy taste.
3. When the mixture is ready cool it in the fridge for 1 hrs
4. Take the green piece mixture keep the cheese in the center and make lemon size balls.
5. When done dip in the green pea ball one by one into egg white(or maida paste) and roll into bread crumbs and deep fry it.
