  1. Apricot Extract ( From Sheet) -1  Cup
  2. Lemon juice- ¼ cup
  3. Sugar -1/2 Cup (Increase Or Decrease According To Taste)
  4. Salt -1tsp
  5. Black Rock Salt -1 Tsp Kala Namak
  6. Cumin Seeds Roasted And Powdered-1 Tsp
  7. Mint Leaves Finely Chopped -2 Tbsp
  8. Water- 3 Cup Cups


  1. Apricot Extract- Take apricot sheets, immerse the sheet in 2-3 glass of hot water and keep overnight. Next day mix well so as to remove any lumps. And boil adding sugar.
  2.  When cool enough to handle, add lemon juice.
  3.  Mix remaining ingredients together, blend and add 2 cups of water.
  4.  Put some ice in the glasses and pour the panna over it and serve it with mint leaves
