  1. Chicken keema 400 gram
  2. Green peas- 1 cup (frozen)
  3. Onion paste from 3 onions
  4. tomato paste from 2 tomato
  5. Ginger julliens 3 table spoon
  6. Green chilli 4 to 5 sliced
  7. Ginger garlic paste 2 table spoon
  8. Crushed red chilli  -1 table spoon
  9. Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
  10. Crushed pepper powder -1st
  11. Garam masala power -1st able ts
  12. Crushed aniseed 1 tsp
  13. Salt to taste
  14. lemon juice 1tsp
  15. Corriander leaves chopped-2 table spoon
  16. Oil 3 table spoon


  • Heat oil add onion paste.  Sauté it  till it pink in high flame.
  • Add to it ginger garlic paste , salt,  crushed pepper, crushed chilli and turmeric crushed.  Sauté well and add tomato paste and mix till oil start leaving .
  • Add keema and green peas and ginger Julliens( reserve 1 tsp for garnishing)
  • Garam masala , chilli  slices and little mix well.
  • 4.Cover and cook till all water evaporate.
  • Add crushed aniseed powder. Mix well. Roast it in low flame for few minutes.
  • Remove from stove put into a dish and decorate with ginger julliens Corriander leaves and add few drops of lemon juice.
