Raw papaya pulp contains 88% water, 11% carbohydrates, and negligible fat and protein.  100 gram amount, papaya fruit provides 43 kilocalories and is a significant source of vitamin C 

 

Ingredients

 

Papaya Riped sliced 1 cup

Milk                     ½ cup

Sugar                   1 tablespoon

Cardamom        2 Nos.

Dry fruits            Cashew/ Almond/ or whatever available nuts with you

Ice cubes            4 Nos.

Water                 ½ cup

 

Preparation:

 

Blend all ingredients except dry fruits

Pour into a tall glass and garnish with dry fruits grated

A very refreshing healthy juice
