Chicken Sponge Cake

  1. Minced Chicken 1 cup
  2. Egg 4 Nos.
  3. Maida 1 Cup
  4. Oil 1 cup
  5. Milk 1 cup
  6. Onion 1 No,
  7. Chopped Carrots ¼ cup
  8. Green Chillies 2 Nos.
  9. Tomato ½ piece
  10. Ginger Garlic Paste 1 ½ Tsp.
  11. Baking Powder ½ tsp
  12. Curry leaves
  13. Green Chilly sauce ½ tsp
  14. Turmeric Powder ½ tsp
  15. Chilli powder ½ tsp
  16. Coiriander powder ½ tsp
  17. Garam masala ¼ tsp

Preparation:

  • Heat oil add diced carrots.
  • Add chopped onion, green chillis, salt and stir.
  • Add Ginger garlic paste, tomato and curry leaves, close and cook.
  • Add the shredded chicken which is already cooked.
  • Add turmeric, chilli, coriander powders and garam masala.
  • Cook covered by lid on low flame.
  • Add chiili paste, Coriander leaves

 

  • Sieve maida and baking powder.
  • Blend egg and oil, then add milk
  • Add maida slowly and blend well

 

Prepare pan for Baking, pour one layer of dough, top it with chicken masala. Again one layer of dough and top it with chicken and continue the process till all cake mix and chicken masala over.

Bake it when half done decorate with tomatoes curry and coriander leaves and bake till done.
