- Grated coconut- 1 cup
- Red Chilly- Dry Roasted – 3-Nos
- Shallots – 3 Nos
- Curry leaves- 1 stalk
- Salt to taste
- Water- ½ cupTempering : ½ tsp Mustard seeds, 1 red chilli, curry leaves, 1 tbs of cooking oil.
- Grind coconut, red chilli, shallots and curry leaves along with little water to make smooth paste.
- Add salt to taste and mix well.
- Temper chutney with mustard, red chilli, curry leaves in 1 table spoon of oil. ( You can omit this step if you are health conscious)
