Coconut, Mango Chutney (Nadan)


    • 1. 1 cup grated coconut
    • 2. 2 – 3 Nos green chillies
    • 3. 1 raw mango – cut in to small pieces
    • 4. ΒΌ tablespoon chilly powder
    • 5. 3 – 4 shallots
    • 6. Salt as required.

  • 1. First take the raw mango and pound well using a mortar and pestle. Then add Chili to it and repeat the process.
  • 2. Then Shallots and chilli power. Lastly the coconut and salt.
  • 3. Mix well and serve. Do not add water. Mango, shallot, chili and coconut have water of their own.
    Note: Good to have with Rice.
