- 1. 1 cup grated coconut
- 2. 2 – 3 Nos green chillies
- 3. 1 raw mango – cut in to small pieces
- 4. ¼ tablespoon chilly powder
- 5. 3 – 4 shallots
- 6. Salt as required.
- 1. First take the raw mango and pound well using a mortar and pestle. Then add Chili to it and repeat the process.
- 2. Then Shallots and chilli power. Lastly the coconut and salt.
- 3. Mix well and serve. Do not add water. Mango, shallot, chili and coconut have water of their own.
Note: Good to have with Rice.
